BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

In a mixing bowl thoroughly stir together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Make a well in center of dry ingredients.

Combine eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until well moistened. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Can also be baked in a standard 10 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 65 or 70 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze if desired.
