5-FLAVOR CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy. (This requires several minutes.) Beat eggs separately until lemon colored. Add the creamed mixture to the eggs. Beat until really combined. Put in flour and baking powder. Add milk gradually. Stir in the 5 flavorings. Put into 10 inch greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool completely before serving.
