KIM'S FAMOUS CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1 container frozen Cool Whip

Soften cream cheese, add sugar; beat until smooth. Add vanilla, sour cream and beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip and fold into filling, pour over crust. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
