LAZY STUFFED CABBAGE 
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
5 slices cooked bacon (cut into pieces)
1 lg. cabbage, diced
2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
1 onion, minced
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Brown hamburger and onions with tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Mix in 2 cups uncooked rice.

Layer bottom of pyrex baking dish with 1/2 of the diced cabbage. Next add the meat/rice mixture. Top with layer of the remaining cabbage. Put chopped bacon pieces on the top. Pour the jar of Ragu over the casserole. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
