HEARTY CORN CHOWDER | |
2 onions, chopped 1 potato, peeled, cut into chunks 1/4 lb. ham, cubed 4 sprigs parsley, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 1 (16 oz.) can corn 1 can mushroom soup 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Saute onions in butter in large saucepan until tender. Add potatoes, ham, corn, soup, milk, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Top with chopped parsley and serve. 6 to 8 servings. |
