SHAKER SPINACH 
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. brick cheese, diced
1 lb. cottage cheese
6 eggs, beaten

Thaw spinach and drain very dry. Sift flour and baking powder in melted butter. Add spinach and cheese. Stir in cottage cheese; then eggs. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve as vegetable by cutting into large squares. Also in a perfect appetizer when cut into bite-size squares.
