BAKED LASAGNE 
1 pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked as per pkg. directions

SAUCE:

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. ricotta cheese
About 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano

Into deep pan put 2 tablespoons olive oil, cook onion until tender. Add ground beef until done. Add spices, tomato paste, and water. Simmer about 25 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick. Into large shallow well greased pan spread several spoonsful of sauce, the alternate layers of lasagne, sauce and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake about 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cut into squares to serve.
