OVERNIGHT BUNS | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 3 c. warm water 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. salt 12 c. flour (scant) Add yeast and water and stir then add all the rest. Add flour little at a time and beat well. When thick knead until flour is used. Knead about 15 minutes. Mix together at 5 P.M. Let set and punch down every hour until 10 o'clock. At ten make into buns. Let rise overnight. Cover with clean towel and bake in the morning. |
