OVERNIGHT CINNAMON BUNS 
4 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 egg
12 - 12 1/2 c. flour

Start at 5 to 6:30 p.m. the night before needed. Mix yeast in 1/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar in small bowl.

In large mixer bowl combine oil, water, egg, sugar and salt; mix well. Add yeast mixture and flour. Mix well and knead until smooth. Place in large greased bowl and let rise until about 8:00 p.m.. Punch down and let rise again. About 9:00 punch down and shape as desired.

For cinnamon buns, divide the dough into four pieces, then roll into rectangle. Paint each with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins and nuts. Roll up and slice into 1" rolls. Place on greased pan. Cover and let rise until morning on counter. Do not put in the refrigerator. Next morning, bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Glaze with icing, if desired.
