CHOCOLATE CAKE BARS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
16 oz. Hershey chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and butter together; add eggs; mix well. Add syrup, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together and put in 10 x 15-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

FROSTING: 1 1/3 C. sugar, 3 Tbsp. butter, 6 Tbsp. milk.

Boil 1 minute; add 1/2 C. chocolate chips. Remove from heat and beat until spreading consistency.
