1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream or non-fat yogurt
3 egg whites (or 2 egg substituted)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Juice from 1/2 lemon

Put all ingredients in large bowl. Beat for about 3 minutes. Pour into greased Bundt or tube cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Mix Glaze and spread on warm cake.
