PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 2/3 c. coarsely broken pretzels 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter 8 oz. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 2 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O 3 c. boiling water Cream butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Add to pretzels. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until fluffy. Add Cool Whip. Spread over pretzels; seal to edges. Mix Jell-O and boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Thicken slightly. Pour over cheese mixture and chill. |
