ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 cans asparagus
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. Velveeta or American cheese
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter; add flour. Stir and add milk gradually. When thickened, add cheese. Stir until melted.

Place layer of asparagus in buttered casserole. Add layer of sliced hard boiled eggs, salt and seasoned pepper. Cover with half of cheese sauce. Repeat. Add finely rolled cracker crumbs and butter to top layer. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
