OATMEAL WAFFLES 
2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. rolled oats
2 eggs, separated
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Milk milk, vinegar and rolled oats. Soak overnight in cold place. Add egg yolks. Beat. Add melted butter. Stir in flour sifted with soda, baking powder, and salt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
