CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat cheese until light and creamy. Add sugar and eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla. Beat good and pour into buttered 10" Pyrex dish that is sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs, just enough to cover pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool pie, add topping.

TOPPING: Mix ingredients, pour over cool pie, bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool, cover with favorite fruit topping. Chill overnight.
