BAKED FISH WITH DILL 
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillet (haddock, sole, flounder)
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Havarti with dill cheese

Cut fish into serving size pieces. In saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Dip fish fillets in butter and place in baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 4.
