SMOKEY MIKE'S FLANK STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. beef flank steak

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
1 lime, juice and grated rind (all)
2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Place steak in heavy plastic bag. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over steak in bag. Seal and refrigerate overnight or all day. Grill steak over hot coals 10 minutes per side for medium doneness.
