FLANK PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. flank steak, cut in strips
1 lg. green pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces

MARINADE:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sherry
Ginger to taste

Marinate meat for at least 1/2 hour. Cook green pepper in 2 tablespoons oil for 5 minutes. Remove from wok. Cook steak until just done. More sherry may be added if necessary. Add green peppers. Serve with rice.
