2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. flavoring - mint, almond, rum, etc.
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
Few drops food coloring

Soften cheese, add flavoring and color. Add sugar. Knead like dough. Make marble size balls - roll in granulated sugar. Place on sheet of waxed paper and press. Press with a piece of jewelry or something that will make a design on mints. These mints freeze well.
