GEORGI'S BULGARIAN FETA SANDWICH 
Try and find the original Vigo cheese, it comes in white and blue cup and is sold in most chain grocery stores, next to the cottage and ricotta cheese. The best pasta sauce is the one that has cheese flavor, but any would work.

French bread or baguette, cut in half
Bulgarian Vigo (feta) cheese, diced
pasta sauce (Ragu, Prego, etc.)
ground black pepper
ground red pepper

Dice the cheese into small pieces. Cut the baguette in two, spread pasta sauce on top of both pieces, and top with the diced cheese. Sprinkle some black and red pepper to your taste.

Broil the sandwiches for about 5 minutes, as close to the heat as possible.
