TORTELLINI & ARTICHOKE SALAD 
8 to 9 oz. cheese tortellini, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
1 (10 oz.) frozen cut string beans
1 (16 oz.) Clark red kidney beans, liquid included
1 lg. tomato, coarsley chopped
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise, low cal
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Dash of garlic powder

Cook tortellini according to package. Add marinated artichokes. Cook green beans. Drain and add to tortellini. Add kidney beans including liquid, tomato, celery, onion, mayonnaise, basil and garlic powder. Mix well. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Freezable. 296 calories. 6 servings.
