1 lb. roll hot sausage
1 lb. roll mild sausage
4 c. Bisquick
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix well and roll into balls the size of large marbles. Freeze on a cookie sheet then transfer to a plastic bag. Bake as needed in an oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
