CHILI BOWS 
2 c. uncooked pasta bows (farfalle)
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of garlic powder

Cook bows as directed on package just until tender; drain. Rinse under running cold water; drain thoroughly. Heat oil (1 inch) to 375 degrees. Fry bows, about 1 cup at a time, until crisp and golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with bows until evenly coated.

4 cups bows (about 12 per serving).
