JAMIE'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. Crisco
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar

Measure flour and set aside. Mix lard and peanut butter. Add both kinds of sugar. Mix well. Add eggs and beat well. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture. Roll out in balls. Place in cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes, until lightly brown. Makes 4-5 dozen.
