KARO PECAN PIE 
1 c. Karo dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, halved and chopped
1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Pour into pastry shell.

Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer. Outer edge of filling should be set, center slightly soft.
