1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal

Combine first 5 ingredients and bring to a rolling boil for 1/2 minute, then stir in peanut butter and oatmeal. Spoon onto wax paper and cool. Makes 2-3 dozen.
