1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Combine all above and chill. Serves 8.
