PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
2 sticks butter, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crunchy or smooth peanut butter
1/5 box paraffin (5 cakes), or approximately 3 oz.
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix first 4 ingredients together and roll into small balls. Chill for a couple of hours. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in double boiler. Drop balls a few at a time into chocolate. Let chocolate cover ball and then let stand on waxed paper until set.
