PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
2 oranges (I use mandarin oranges)
10 marshmallows (I use the sm. colored ones)
1 c. hickory nuts (or walnuts)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
Bananas may also be added

Drain juice of pineapple and put in a double boiler. Add sugar and flour, salt and eggs that have been beaten. Cut up pineapples, oranges and marshmallows if you use the big ones. Whip cream and fold in cooled pudding mixture. Pour over fruit and keep mixture cold until ready to serve on lettuce leaf.
