PUMPKIN PUDDING CAKE | |
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling 3 eggs 1 can Milnot 1 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. cloves Mix ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 box yellow or white cake mix (dry) over pumpkin mix. Pour 1 cup melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle with good size pieces of walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. |
