1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix first 3 ingredients over low heat. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chips. Beat with wooden spoon. Spread over cake immediately.
