1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cocoa
1 egg
1 c. hot water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar, mayonnaise, cocoa and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in 9"x13" cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
