BEAN AND GARLIC DIP | |
2 cups pinto canned or dry cooked beans one quarter cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 clove garlic; finely chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons red chiles; ground one quarter teaspoon salt dash of pepper Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip. |
