BAKED LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
12 wide lasagna noodles
1 (#2 1/2) can whole tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
3/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 can Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat with onion. Pour off grease. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and whole tomatoes, along with oregano.

In separate pan, cook noodles. Save juice from whole tomatoes for last step.

In large square pan, layer ingredients: noodles, meat sauce, all cheese. Repeat until pan is full. Pour tomato juice over top of lasagna. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
