LEMON MOUSSE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/2 pkg. gelatin
2 1/4 c. whipping cream

Whip egg yolks and sugar about 10 minutes. Add dissolved gelatin, lemon juice and whipped cream. Carefully add the whipped egg whites. Chill overnight.
