BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

In a saucepan, melt butter and chips. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Press 1/2 of mixture in greased 9x13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla, and egg. Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Chill before serving.
