APPLE PIE (DIETETIC) 
4 to 5 c. peeled, sliced apples
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
Sweet 'N Low to equal 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 double pie crust

Place apples in bottom crust; sprinkle with other ingredients, dot with slices of butter and cover with top crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
