CHEESY TORTELLINI AND VEGETABLES 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. cheese-filled tortellini
1 (16 oz.) pkg. loose-pack frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 of a 1.8 oz. env. (about 3 tbsp.) white sauce mix
6 oz. creamy Havarti cheese, cubed

Cook tortellini according to package directions, except add frozen vegetables the last 5 minute of cooking. Drain. Stir in mushrooms.

Meanwhile, for sauce, heat milk until warm. Stir in white sauce mix. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Pour sauce over vegetable mixture. Toss lightly. Makes 4 servings.
