CHEESE OMELET RANCHERO 
1/2 c. Picante sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. bell pepper, strips or chopped
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped ham or bacon

Beat eggs, water, and Worcestershire sauce; add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 10 inch buttered skillet on medium heat. Lift edges of egg all around until moist of liquid is cooked after running underneath. When center is soft but not runny add half of cheese and rest of ingredients in center in long strip from one side of skillet to other. Flip edges over to center first one side then other. Serve on plate. Cover with Picante sauce and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
