ZUCCHINI FUDGE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 c. finely diced unpeeled zucchini

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix together, butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Add dry ingredients and nuts and zucchini. Put in 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle topping on before baking.
