APRICOT APPLESAUCE | |
1/2 lb. apricots 2 c. water (or less, if desired) 5 med. cooking apples 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. cinnamon candies Wash apricots; remove pits. Wash, pare, core, and slice apples. Add to apricots; cook 10 minutes in 2 cups water. Add sugar; stir and mix well. Add cinnamon candies and cook 1 or 2 minutes longer until candies dissolve. Blend in blender until smooth. |
