ONE-STEP SUPPER ROLLS 
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 egg yolks
2 c. Pillsbury Hungary Jack buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
Poppy seed or sesame seed

In large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and egg yolks. Add pancake mix (measure by lightly spooning into cup and leveling off). Blend until dry ingredients are well moistened. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm.

TIPS: One whole egg may be used for 2 egg yolks. Also good, baked as directed in 12 greased muffin cups.
