CHEESE-SOUR CREAM FONDUE 
6 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. flour
1 lb. cheese (4 c. shredded)
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Fry bacon; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Cook onions in reserved drippings until tender, not brown. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Pour into fondue pot. Top with bacon. 6-8 servings.

Use hard rolls, rye bread, mushrooms, green peppers, etc. to dip. Enjoy!

My family found that this recipe was great but it rather rubbery and thick. We recomend adding milk!
