SPAGHETTI A LA OIL AND GARLIC 
1/2 c. oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
Pinch of dry basil
1 lb. spaghettini

Heat oil; fry garlic and basil. Add parsley and 1 cup of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook spaghettini al dente. Pour sauce over it. Serves 4.
