STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix berries, egg and oil. Stir in dry ingredients. Blend well. Stir in nuts. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
