STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. thawed strawberries
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together all dry ingredients, combine remaining in a separate bowl, mixing well. Make a well in the dry ingredients, stir in the liquid mixture, stirring just enough to moisten the dry ingredients. Pour into 2 (9"x5"x3") bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 5 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
