HONG KONG SALAD 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. fresh spinach
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
6 to 8 hard boiled eggs
2 med. size purple onions
1 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Clean the spinach and break into pieces. Break bacon into small pieces and cut up hard boiled eggs and add to spinach. Chop onions and add to salad. Mix other ingredients to make sauce, stirring until oil is well mixed through. Pour sauce on salad just before serving.
