TORTELLINI SOUP 
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
64 oz. chicken broth
12 oz. frozen tortellini
4 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic

Brown sausage and drain well. Mix remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer about 25 minutes or until tortellini is finished.
