LADYFINGER COFFEE SUPREME 
Ladyfingers
40 marshmallows
1 c. freshly brewed coffee
1 pt. heavy cream
Fresh strawberries

Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with ladyfingers. Melt 40 marshmallows with 1 cup of coffee in top of double boiler. Stir until marshmallows melt in coffee. Remove from double boiler and cool. Whip one pint heavy cream until firm. Fold into cooled marshmallows, coffee mixture. Spread half of this mixture into the springform pan that has been lined with ladyfingers. Then place a layer of ladyfingers on top of half this mixture. Spread remaining marshmallow cream mixture over the ladyfinger layer. Chill until cold and firm (overnight). Decorate with fresh strawberries before serving.
