CHOCOLATE CREAM CUP CAKES 
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. butter
1 square chocolate, melted

FROSTING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 square chocolate
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and buttermilk. Melt chocolate and butter and combine with the dry ingredients. Add the egg; mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Core out center and fill with whipped cream and place the top of cupcake back on. Frost.

FROSTING: Combine the brown sugar, water, butter, chocolate, salt and bring to a boil. Cool. Then add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Then frost. This will make 12 cupcakes.
